Sharing Dialog that lists screen resolutions

Every now and then I get a dialog in live meeting that lists the
screen resolutions of the attendees. It is described in
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/live-meeting-help/sharing-HP001157801.aspx
and you can see a screen shot of it at http://tinypic.com/r/1szi1c/7
. But I can't figure out how to bring this up - it would be really
handy to know what screen size to use.
Any help?
