Live mail calendar gone after logon

Hi,
I used WLM for quite some time. Not only for e-mail, but also for calendar.
As I want to convert to Outlook2010 now I read the only way to get the calendar entries to outlook is through sharing the calendar on line. Then get it from there.
So here is what I did...
I created a Windows Live ID and logged on to WLM.
But...
Now my calendar is gone - just empty.
I signed off, restarted PC - calendar still empty.
What happened here ?
How do I get all my calendar entries ?
I found a file WLCalendarStore.edb 14MB, but didnt touch it as I don't know how to...
