I'm using Windows XP SP2 with Office 2003 and recently I've been getting the
following error: "Cannot delete (File or Folder Name): Access is denied. Make
sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not
currently in use." or an error that tells me to make sure I have permission
to do the requested action. This is an intermittent problem that I've having.
I am the only user on the system and have plenty of empty space on my HD.
This error has come up in Excel, Word and Explorer. I have checked in the
Application Log and have found the following error codes listed: 11311, 1024,
10005 and 1002 that appear to correspond with the times of these errors.
These errors also occur when I attempt to move or save files or folders.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jim!

We´re having this problem with several customers since some weeks, but
haven´t found any solution yet.
If somebody had an i idea, it would be appreciated.

I faced the same problem, I studied it for a long time and how to use
all these commands, and then I simply bought Long Path Tool at the address LongPathTool DOT com and
cleaned all unnecessary files.
