MS Messenger 기반 어플리케이션을 개발 하려고 하는데.

라이센스에 대한 정보를 전혀 알수가 없어서 어떻게 접근해야 할지 막막 하군요.

지금 메신저에 붙어 있는것 처럼 탭으로 추가하는것과 그냥 단순히 Alert
서비스를

하는것 두가지를 구상중인데, 이렇게 개발시 라이센스비를 지불해야 하는지?

그리고, 얼마나 지불을 해야 하는지에 대해 궁금합니다.

그리고, 어디에 문의해야지 공식적인 이런 답변을 들을수 있는지에 대해서도

알고 싶습니다.

메신저 개발에 특별한 라이센스는 없는걸로 압니다.
단 Passport를 사용하는데는 돈을 지불해야할꺼구요
닷넷2002는 잘 모르겠는데 2003툴에보면 메신저API도
포함되어있습니다.

우선 어떤 서비스를 하실지 모르겠으나..

라이센스는 두가지가 있습니다.

1. 비용을 지불 하고 사용하는 방법
2. 비용을 지불 하지 않으나 이익을 공유 하는 방법

Passport Licensing and Pricing Information
There are two fees for licensing Passport: a periodic compliance testing fee
of US$1,500 per URL and a yearly provisioning fee of US$10,000 per company.
