ISA 2004 Server의 Configure SMTP

Filtering SMTP Relay를 구성하려 Firewall policy를 두 개 만들었습니다.
하나는 Inbound SMTP Relay고 또 하나는 Outbound SMTP Relay입니다.
그런데 Message Screener를 enable하려고 Outbould SMTP Relay를 오른쪽 클릭하고
Configure SMTP를 선택하려하는데 해당 Configure SMTP 메뉴가 나타나지 않은 것입니다.
ISA Server 2004 standard 를 재 구성하여 message screener도 설치되어 있는 상태이고
IIS 6의 SMTP Service도 설치되어 있고 구성을 해논 상태입니다.
왜 configure SMTP 옵션이 나타나지 않는 지 모르겠습니다.
이런 현상을 경험하신 분은 알려주십시오.
