Runtime Error　について

アイコンをクリックしてアウトルックを開こうとすると「マカフィー」の「メッセージの処理中」の途中でRuntime
Errorが出て、「エラー報告送信」が表示され、終了してしまいます。
どのようにすれば、解決するでしょうか。
ご教示ください。
