This is a very broad question...

If the question is about the location you would normally put DLLs, the
answer is "\Windows"

If the question is about "extra DLLs", the return question is "what
for?".
If you just want to litter your CE device with additional DLLs, just
copy all your DLLs from your Windows98 System or yor NT system32
directory to your device. But that really makes no sense.
Maybe you could specify a little more exact, what you are looking for?

I need the dunzip32.dll for windows ce, but I can't find it anywhere.
I want to write an small unzipper for Windows CE.

Use zLib library that could be ported to Windows CE. Look for example
at:
