WindowsServer2003で認識できるHDDの最大容量は？

WindowsServer2003に外付けHDDを増設しようと思います。
15TB位のものを予定しているのですが、WindowsServer2003で容量制限はあるのでしょうか？

Windows Server 2003 は無印 と言うことでしょうか？
それとも Windows Server 2003 SP1
あるいは Windwos Server 2003 R2
のいずれかでしょうか？
Windows Server 2003 は 32bit でしょうか？
あるいは 64 bit でしょうか？

どのような タイプの Device を想定しているのでしょうか？

無印だと思います。
プロパティを見ると、『ＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＳｅｒｖｅｒ２００３ Ｓｔａｎｄａｒｄ Ｅｄｉｔｉｏｎ』としかでてきません。

32bitです。

ニューテック製のSATA RAID　16TB（RAID5時最大：15TB）のものです。
SCSIでサーバに接続するタイプです。
