In my C:\WINDOWS\ folder, there are hundreds of hundreds of sub-folders that
I do not understand their purposes of. Their sub-folder names start mostly
like "\$NtUninstallKB(6-digits)$", and usually they associate with
sub-sub-folder names such as "\spuninst". What are those folders and files?
Can some of those be deleted to avoid clutters without causing any serious
conflicts to operation? I have Windows XP SP3 HE OS.

$NTuninstall folders are backup for Windows Updates. Don't delete them
unless you need the hard drive space.
