上記のいずれのパッチでもインストールした後は
Visual Studio 2008 セットアップが途中で

セットアップコンポーネントの読み込み時にエラーが発生しました。
セットアップはかキャンセルされます。

で機動できない。

アンインストールすれば起動ができる
