部門連携テンプレートで図形を起きたい場所に置けない場合がある。

部門連携テンプレートで図形を起きたい場所に置けない場合があります。
オートメーションイベントを使用不可にすれば問題は起きないのですが、今度は部門連携テンプレートの機能が無効になります。
解決方法を教えてください。
