New TTrayIcon component demo available!

Hi all,
New and updated demo exe is available to your eyes to discover many great
abilities that TTrayIcon has.
Now the component not only supports balloon tips, it reveals some secrets of
programming with them.
New flag blQuestion allows you to bring up balloon tooltips with question
icon, which is very useful for tips like "Did you know...?"
MSDN doesn't document the flag (blQuestion = NIIF_QUESTION :) , but now with
the TTrayIcon component you don't just know about it, you can use it!!! :)
