WSS 3.0 on Windows Server 2003

I just installed WSS 3.0 on windows server 2003 and it is up and running.

I got 2 questions:

1. How do I link my exchange server's inbox, calendar etc. so calendar is
visible from both side?

2. I just downloaded 2 templates from internet; HelpDeslk.wsp and
ItTeam.wsp.
I read the instruction in Readme and successfully installed these 2
templates.
Now when I go to Central Administration to create a site, I do not see
these 2 templates.
Do I have to copy these template in some folders or what.

I would really appreciate if some please help me.

Hi,

These two templates are deployed as Solutions (as opposed to simple Site
Definition). They both need a one-time installation of
ApplicationTemplateCore prior to deploying the solutions. See this article
