Office 2003 で Office 2003 の Service Pack 1 を適用した後に殆どのアプリでス
ムーズスクロールしてしまうようになったのですが、
これをスムーズスクロールしないように、つまりカクカクっと動くように戻すにはど
うすればよいでしょうか

環境
OS:WinXP Pro + SP1

です
サービスパック適用後にこの症状が出るようになったので、サービスパック適用が原
因であると思われます

Mouse のPropertiesのScrollingの設定などはすでに確認されているということでしょうか？
確認のうえ、 Smooth Scrollingになっていないのに設定が反映されないうえで、
どうしても変更したいという場合は、
下記にしたがって Regisrtyで調整してみてください。

To disable smooth-scrolling:

Use a registry editing tool to navigate to the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

Insert or change a value with the following details:
Data Type: DWORD
Value Name: SmoothScroll
Value: 0

Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
