Hi.

I have three MCE2005 PCs.

MCE01, MCE02, MCE03

One is the main MCE PC has huge Hard Disk Space.

I keep all my Videos in the MCE01 PC.

 

MCE02 and MCE03 VIDEO are connected to MCE01 Sheard foleder on MCE01 PC.

Everytime I go into Video screesn, I get MC crushed.

MCE02 is working fine, but MCE03 is giving error message

 

EventType : MCX     P1 : sh.5.1.2700.2230     P2 : VideoGalleryPage    
P3 : NullRef     P4 : UIHelper_GetVideoThumbnail     P5 : 0    
P6 : GetImageForFile     P7 : Run   

MCE02 and MCE03 are connected to MCE01 same way.

ONLY MCE03

Does anyone know what is this error means?

anyway,
1. check Event Log in Event Viewer.
2. check minidump file with debugging tool for windows.

Two of these helps you to specify the cause of the problem.
