Help on door problem

I had a free-flight session, with the Cessna Grand Caravan on the ground, and
some inadvertent combination of keystrokes allowed ALL the cargo doors to open,
not just the Shift+E that opens the pilot's-side door. Nothing in the Help or
printed documentation goes beyond 'Shift+E' and only the one door, and I know
what I saw - whatever I did, all the large cargo doors, steps, etc. opened, and
I can't find it again. Trying to ask Microsoft about this is like asking to see
the President.....does anyone out there know what keys I hit?

I think Shift+E+ 1 (or another a number (2, 3, 4 ect.)
the most planes have Shift+E as the main door and Shift+E+ (number) as other
doors/cargodoors ect.
