Is it a program disk of either of version of Microsoft Windows?
What does the language packing indicate?
Is that just read japanese?
or read and write both?
If that is Windows 2000, Windwos XP, Vista
you can enable with Regional Settings.
If that is older than ME, 98,
you need download from Microsoft Download center.
Anyway,
