Host cannot access vpc Files

Hello,

I am a noob, but i did try and check the formus for this issue to no avail.
Anyway; I am running xp on the host machine and server 2003 on the vpc. I
have vpc using the NAT network settings and I can successfully connect to the
internet. However what I want to do is access the vpc from the host. It is
not displaying in the network on the host machine anywhere. I tried
installing MS Loopback adapter and then set the vpc to use that adapter but
was still unable to see the machine on the host network (also lost internet
access).

Any suggestions would be helpful. PS: the point of this is so i can test
sharepoint sitse on various resolutions/browsers on my host.
