Cannot install Virtual PC 2007

I was recently interested in virtual PC 2007. I installed it from this
website
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=04D26402-3199-48A3-AFA2-2DC0B40A73B6&displaylang=en).
After installing, I double clicked setup.exe but nothing happened. I also
tried running it as an administrator but still nothing happened. Can any body
help me in this because I am looking forward to it.
