Activation & network problems after moving XP

Hi, I´m trying to move my Windows XP in a Windows Vista (VPC 2007)

OK, I backup my old XP (with acronis) and convert the backup to a virtual PC
virtual disk, works fine, the virtual machine starup.

When I log in, the Windows activation process starts. I can´t finish it
because I have not network access to internet from VM. I can´t ping to my old
XP ip, and I think VM hasn´t network access because no connection have been
established in this process.

any ideas?
