Subject: Help with countif and if statement

I need some help trying to calculate 2 different conditions in one formula.
Basically what I am trying to do is calculate how many times we pickup at a
location between 6:00 and 7:00am and summarize on my summary sheet. This is
what I have so far and is seems to work for the number times between 6 and
7am.

COUNTIF(Monday!$H$6:$H$21,"<=06:59")-COUNTIF(Monday!$H$6:$H$21,"<=05:59")

however, when i add on the if statement I get a value error

IF(Monday!$F$6:$F$21,"Cambridge
")-(COUNTIF(Monday!$H$6:$H$21,"<=06:59")-COUNTIF(Monday!$H$6:$H$21,"<=05:59"))

Any help is greatly apprecitated.5523214
