Access 2003 with Office 2007

I work for a company that is looking to upgrade to Office 2007 but will not
be upgrading to Access 2007. We want to keep Access 2003 for a short period
of time and don't want to mess things up with Access 2007. We wanted to
deinstall Access 2003, then upgrade to Office 2007 (minus Access 2007) and
then reinstall Access 2003. So, is this possible? Can Access 2003 co-exist
with Office 2007 suite? Are there any major problems with this mix-up? Are
there any documentations available?
