Task sheduler services windows 2008

Hello,

I am looking for the reason that causes the following problem and if there
is a solution:

On a windows server 2008 SP2 standard or enterprise. When I try to change
the settings in the task Sheduler services all options are gray.

I am logged in as administrator.
