I found this in the event log as event id 1060 source: Appllication Popup

Application popup: : \??\C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\enstart_.sys failed to load
\??\C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\enstart_.sys has been blocked from loading due to
incompatibility with this system.

What is this error referring to and how do I fix it.. my customer seems to
think it's causing an issue with their SQL 2005 installation on this server.
