Getting script out of Java drop down menus

Hi

As you will quickly understand, I am not a programmer and know nothing about
Java (except that it was an island that sunk off....)

I have a page and I'd like to get the vocab list that appears in the drop
down menu.

Of course, it refuses to just to be copied and pasted as I would normally
do.

I've already tried a number of ways such as my saving the page as a Web Page
and then getting into the documents that make it up.

The JS script files display using Block Notes but much to my surprise, my
drop down word list is not in any of them (did a word search so I am sure)

Any ideas what to do please?
