Post X Secure envelope

When I get an email which includes a PostX secure envelope, I get the
following when I try to open it:

"You are seeing this message for one of the following reasons:

a.. You are using a web-based e-mail system and you are viewing the
attachment. You must download the attachment, save it to your computer's
hard drive, and open the saved file.

b.. Your mail server has removed the JavaScript used to display the
envelope and decrypt its contents.

c.. You do not have the software necessary to view the document. You must
have Netscape Communicator 4.79 or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer
5.00 or higher.

d.. You don't have JavaScript available. You must have a
JavaScript-enabled browser and enable JavaScript in your browser."

I do have Java Script installed and my cable operator says that they have no
idea why I can't open.

Anyone have any ideas?
