Problem with Hotfix KB957646

Installed KB957646 (Without installing any previous patches). We then opened
a txt file in MS Word - Copy Paste not working in MS Word and found that
c:\program files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ WORKS432.CNV file version is
changing from 96091600(Before installing KB957646) to 9.08.0808.0(After
installing KB957646). When Works432.cnv file version is changed to
9.08.0808.0 it is giving this issue. So We removed patch KB957646 and
rebooted the PC and the issue didn’t occur.
Can you please look into this.
