application is blinking on taskbar

Hi,
I am using Windows Vista OS. I have an Active X application which opens
some other windows during operation. But in Vista the new windows are opening
and blinking on the task bar. I have to go and click on them to open. This is
not happening with Xp and other OS.

I think OS is treating the new application as unsafe pop-ups and avoiding
the display straight away. This is related to security.
Can you please suggest me how to open the application straight away with out
that blinking on task bar?
