Where Do I Find The List Of 'Blocked' Addresses On My Newsreader?

I use Windows Live Mail as a newsgroup reader only, but having accidentally
blocked a friend who is a poster on a newsgroup, I can't find the blocked
list anywhere, even though it contains many 'Trolls' addresses in it

I'm a newbie but I think if you go to the menus button on the upper right
and then "Safety Options" you'll have it.
