WLM Problems

Windows Live Mail has many problems.
All versions including the latest I just downloaded for Win 7 64 bit
PC.
1) Outbox is NOT priority. Even though option is set.
Open a new account and then try to send mail. Does not work until all
the download mail is completed. In mu case hours of waiting. so you
have to stop download, and restart WLM to get mail to go.
That is just WRONG!!!
2) You cannot select all SPAM and set blocking at one time.
You have to individually set for each.
That is just WRONG!!!
Is MS listening???
