Newbie to the group here...so please forgive...did a simple search...
Why do I have such trouble blocking senders on WLM?

I'm a newbie too. I think if you go to the menu button on the top right then
to safety options you'll have it.

And if you right click the message and then "junk email" it gives you the
option of adding the sender to the blocked senders list.
