Ho una banalissima colonna di excel con alcune migliaia di orari di
entrata.
I dati sono filtrati per far vedere tutte le entrate non superiori alle
ore 9.30 e non inferiori alle 8.00
Se faccio la media come posso far riferimento solo alle celle filtrate
e non a tutte? (chiedo questo perchè a me viene visualizzato la media
non delle celle visibili ma anche di tutte le altre)

ipotizzando i tuoi dati in A1:A10 usa questa:
=MEDIA(SE((A1:A10>=8/24)*(A1:A10<=9,5/24)>0;A1:A10;""))
da inserire matriciale (Ctrl+Shift+Invio)
adatta ai tuoi intervalli

Oltre alla formula di Andrea, puoi anche usare la funzione SUBTOTALE con
parametro 1 (cioè la media)
=SUBTOTALE(1;A2:A1000)

Esiste la funzione "MEDIA PONDERATA" da usare con i SUBTOTALE? Mi serve quella...
