Help Please

I have email set up and have received mail through Windows mail .

Just recently I when I try to retrieve mail I get a message comes up - "
Windows security" - Logon to POP3 - and asing me for a username and password

I now cannot access my mail through Windows mail because I cannot get past
this problem

I dont beleive I have ever created a name or password for this

Can any one help or adviseme please

I'm not sure why that could happen but this is what I would do:
Go to Tools>Accounts. There select your e-mail account, and click button
Propreties.
Under the map Servers check under Incoming Mail Server if everything is set
right.
You need to supply your username and password there. You must have those.
Once you are sure that username and password are correct you can check that
"Remember password" box.
Than it will not ask you again. If it does, then again, your username and
password are not correct.

I'm starting to repeat myself. :)
