about unverified publisher of activex component

dear all,
my story is.
one day, i made an activex component with VB6, make it cab file and
signed it. this day
i deployed in my APACHE server, and check my component, IE show it is
OK.
but next day, i recheck my component, but this time, IE show it is
"unverified publisher".
but in my computer, nothing different, no new software installed or
remove. i think, that my Windows 7 broken?
and then i install another windows XP with SP3, and check ActiveX with
IE8, it also show me "unverified publisher".
ok, that begin of nightmare, because some of others member, no matter,
windows7 with IE 9 or Windows XP with IE8, would work smoothly, but
another is just like me, "unverified publisher"
what's wrong with my component? or signed procedure?

I am facing same problem with ActiveX cab. Were you able to figure out the solution for the unverified publisher?
