crm 2011 setup and collation

Hi,
I have installaed the crm 2011 on windows 2008 r2 with a sql server 2008 r2 on another windows 2008 r2. The collation on the sql server istance is SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS but the crm setum make a database with collation Latin1_General_CI_AI. In the setup wizard i don't able to set the sql_latin_* collation because there are only the windows collation displaied in the list.

have anyone a suggestion to make a crm setup with sql_latin_*?
