CRM2011 IFD problem

Hi,
I have a CRM2011 and IFD on two different servers.
My IFD url on CRM is:
https://auth.xxx.it/
When I type this URL in my web brower ADFS correctly shows Login
webpage.
After typed in username and password it moves me to: https://auth.xxx.it/default.aspx
Where i get:
404 - File or directory not found.
Any suggestion?
