Can someone tell me what sort of reports/detail are
available from ISA regarding internet usage reporting by
employee? The product descriptions show pretty lame
reporting (top 10 users, etc.), but does say that detailed
logs are kept.

Hi,
first you can check the GFI homepage for ISA Monitor
(www.gfi.com) wich is a nice tool to tell u in "real" time
the details of Web Surfing.
after that u can look 4 third party solutions like
Proxy Inspector, Lan SELM (wich i like a lot), etc.
try also the www.isaserver.org page.

Well, apart from that, just enable the ISA logging
feature, send the log to a database (any ODBC
compliant will do) and then build any query you
like on the data, you'll have plenty of details
