Voice VLAN routing

Hi,
We're soon installing a VOIP phone system. The phones need to go on a VLAN
on a separate IP range to the computers, and we need routing between the two
subnets. I've been told I need a layer 3 switch to do this. Could I use our
ISA 2006 server? I could find a spare network port, but how would I join the
two networks together?
