DNS Forward Problem with TMG

Hi
i have 2 servers there OS : windows server 2008 R2 one (DC\DNS\DHCP)the others TMG with 2 NIC.
Frist NIC for internal:
ip :192.168.1.26
S.M :255.255.255.0
G.W: 192.168.1.26
Dns : Dc IP
Second NIC for External :
ip : *********
S.M : ********
G.W : My Router
DNS1 : ISP DNS (1)
DNS2 : ISP DNS (2)
i created rule to allow dns from my dc to external (is it true or must to isp dns not external).
My network works fine but when user try to use internet ther is delay then open site.
I tried to put my isp dns in forward field in dns but after attempting to resolve it give me unable.
I do not know how to fix it.
When i use nslookup from client it give my dc with no delay.
