Troubleshooting Outlook behind ISA Server

I am having no success connecting from Outlook behind ISA Server to an
Exchange Server. Using Outlook on Windows XP, I am able to connect to
Exchange when connected to the Internet with no firewall. Once I plug in
behind ISA Server, it doesn't work. I have the Feature Pack installed and
the RPC filter enabled. In fact, I uninstalled ISA Server and reinstalled
with a very basic configuration to try and fix the problem. I have tried
reinstalling the client OS and Outlook - still no luck.

My Outlook connection requires Encrypt Information and NTLM Password
Authentication. Could that be causing the problem ?
