Out bound VPN

I have a SBS2003 Premmier Edition. My XP Client Machines connect to a VPN
Server to download some files. It was a pretty simple setup. In XP , i go to
create New Network Connection, Click Next and Select the option , Connect to
a business network using VPN and then i enter that VPN servers IP and click
Next, put My id and password .

This was how it was setup and was working fine , unitl i put ISA2004 in my
SBS 2003 server. Now i cant get connection to that VPN.

Can anyone help me in Creating a new Firewall Rule which will allow outbound
connection

create a Firewall rule which allows PPTP or L2TP from your Client to
external:
