AD Logon script cannot deploy to Windows Vista & Windows 7

After the user login to Windows Vista/7 workstations, the AD logon script
did not push down the "proxy" setting.
did not push down the "proxy" setting.
"Automatically detet settings" are checked. (Not supposed to)
"Use automatic configuration script" are checked. (Not supposed to)
The "Exceptions" in the IE Proxy Settings" are empty. (supposed to have some
setting in it)
There are no problem if the workstations are running Windows XP Pro.
If i did not install ISA client, no problem in deploying the logon script.
Anyone can advice what could be the cause of it?
