More granular ISP Failover/Load Balancing Configuration

Hi,

many Customers does have different types of ISP Links. (ex: 2 MB Symmetric
and 20 MB/348 KB Asymmetric)
They want to route different types of Protocol's on different ISP Links.
(ex: HTTP on 20 MB and outbound Mail on 2 MB)
More granular ISP Failover/Load Balancing Configuration possibility based on
Protocol or Rule is needed.
