Should I install Bandwidth Splitter for Microsoft ISA Server 2004-2006 in my
ISA server or wat should I do as best practice or recomended by MS for
bandwidth managment in clients.

Hi,

that depends on your requirements and because of the lack of bandwidth
control in ISA Server, you must use a third party product

Can we devide our network through inter-network access control please give
any senario for to different groups of computers like one group is from
managment servers and other is User.
