RPC call failed

Hi
I'm new to ISA 2006 Enterprise.
i've installed the ISA 2006, then installed the SBS 2003 R2.
i've created all the access rules neccessary for the exchange.
and everything is working fine.
the problem is when i open the DHCP window, the server is disabled and
an error code say that the RPC failedto execute.
the DHCP is working fine but i cannot manage it.
the same probme with the WINS window.
i've attached a screenshot of the error.
