Microsoft ISA Server 2006 problem

We Have ISA 2006 Server in NLB Mode.The configuration is as under:
ISA 1 Server: Live ip=203.77.201.98 Local ip=10.0.64.246
ISA 2 Server: Live ip=203.77.201.99 Local ip=10.0.64.247
Both NLB IP: Live ip=203.77.201.100 Local ip=10.0.64.1
And Our exchange 2007 mail server Live ip=203.77.201.102
Error in Event Viewer:
Source TCPip Event id 4199
The system detected an address conflict for.... IP address(Mail
Server's IP Address)
with the system having network hardware address 00:0D:60:D4:7C:FC.
Network operations on this system may be disrupted as a result.

From the last few days our mail server;s live ip address conflict
error is coming in isa server.and thn after
mail server and internet goes down.i check all the thing but problem
is remaining same.
Kindly help me to resolve problem.

try to find out if there is an IP conflict for this MAC address. Does a
router or Firewall in front of ISA Server have this IP address?
