NLB RPC error

I have two tmg servers set up in an array. Both are running as virtual
clients on a windows 2008 R2 hyper-V server

I have set the tmg servers up with 2 nics, one connected to a virtual
network and one connected to a network adapter.

I am trying to configure the two nics that are connected to the private
network with NLB

I configured the nics with static mac addresses and mac spoofing

I was able to crate the NLB cluster with the first TMG server but get an RPC
error when trying to add the second TMG server.

I create a rule to allow all outbound traffic from the internal network and
localhost network to the internal network and localhost network. SO no
ports should be blocked

I ran portyui and port 135 checks out as listening when run from one server
to the other.

Ani ideas on how to fix what is causing the rpc error "The RPC server is
unavailable on the specified computer" This occurs when I try to add a host
to the cluster

Thank You

ted

Did you ever resolve this?

I am having the same problem.

Same OS, Same TMG setup.

Cheers,
Anthony
