ISA 2004 + Web Service Issue

Hi

We need your help, we have developed one web service with jboss, it has been
published with our ISA Server 2004 Standard Edition SP2.
When we access the web service internally, It works perfect, but when we try
to access the web service externally, it shows up the following error:

Caused by: org.jboss.ws.WSException: Invalid HTTP server response [400] -
Bad Request ( The HTTP request includes a non-supported header. Contact your
ISA Server administrator. )

We investigated, and the error seems to be caused because of the headers
have been modified, we've already tried installing the following hotfix:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916106/, but we are still experiencing the
same problem.
We also tried to install the SP3, with no success results, despite restarted
the server several times.
