I'm trying to publish Backup Exec on my TMG. I've been able to install the
remote agent from my media server in the LAN to an Exchange server that is
"external", but now the agent cannot talk back to the media server.
To put it simple: if I want to telnet from an external machine, to a server
that is on the LAN - let's say on port 10000 - how should I configure my TMG?
I tried to use Publish a non-webserver protocol, created a new protocol for
port 10000 / tcp /inbound, but the external machine is denied access (i can
see in the logs): denied / none - see result code / 0xc0040012
FWX_E_NETWORK_RULES_DENIED. Can you tell me why and how I can fix it? (Same
thing to be able to ping an internal machine.. I can't understand where I'm
wrong)
Thanks,

By the way, I was an idiot: my configuration works perfectly... but I was
trying to telnet directly the internal server, instead of telnetting the ISA
and let it forward the request to the publish server :-)
