HTTP to SSL Bridging outbound possible?

We have a unique scenario. We need to intercept http traffic from an
internal application, have a gateway device (ISA or other) intercept
it and bridge to SSL using a client cert to an external website
(customer) The TMG outbound SSL inspection seems to almost do what I
want to do however it can't do the HTTP to SSL briding only SSL to SSL
bridging. Is this possible with TMG if not any other third party
vendors? Out internal application cannot perform HTTPS requests
(possible but without extended dev work) Thanks.
